Travel Insurance

If you cancel for any of the first 28 justified reasons listed in the policy that prevent you from starting your trip, such as serious health issues, legal summons, unexpected work events, and other specific events. Consult the list here.

If you cancel due to other unforeseen circumstances beyond your control that prevent you from starting your trip, you may recover 80% of the prepaid amount, provided you submit a certificate issued by a recognized person or entity. Consult the list here.

You can cancel the reservation and request a refund according to the policy's cancellation conditions.
We indicate the STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1. Cancel the reservation at the hotel and request the invoice for the prepaid amount.
   
   
2. Contact the insurer providing your insurance reference, through the EA Claims Website:
   https://e-financera.eclaims.europ-assistance.com
   Here you can access by clicking "Request a new refund" to create your own request and track the subsequent process. You must register with your email address to log in as many times as you need.
   
   
3. The insurer, after reviewing all provided documentation, will contact you as soon as possible. (Said refund will be made ONLY when the cause of cancellation is covered by one of the 30 reasons listed above).
