IMPORTANT INFORMATION
From 10 March 2022 it is no longer necessary to present a Covid certificate (or negative diagnostic test) to stay in Andorra.
From 29 March 2022, the use of face masks in indoor areas will be eliminated, with the exception of hospitals, health and social care centres, and day centres for the elderly.

As your comfort, health and safety have always been at the heart of our priorities, at Daguisa Hotels we have implemented a COVID Free Plan, valid in all our hotels.
We are working in different internal commissions to adapt the hotels to the different health, safety and hygiene measures required due to the post-Covid19, both by the Government of Andorra and by the Louvre Hotels Group which, with more than 1,500 hotels in 54 countries, is the second hotel chain in the world and a partner of Daguisa Hotels in Andorra.

General actions in Daguisa Hotels:
• Appointment of a reference person in each establishment to ensure the implementation of protection measures, staff training and supervision of compliance with instructions.
• Continuous training of all staff in new procedures
• Reinforcement of the cleaning protocol with disinfectant for all common areas (including lift buttons every 2 hours, handles, seats, tables, switches, floors, etc.)

Before your arrival
• All keys / cards are disinfected for each use.
• All the clothes of our staff are disinfected, as well as the work spaces.
On your arrival
• Hydroalcoholic gel available in several areas of the Hotel.
• Each receptionist wears a mask, and has at his disposal hydroalcoholic gel and disinfectant wipes for his work space or welcomes him behind a Plexiglas plate or, failing that, he can be protected by a plastic visor.
• A line marked on the floor at reception ensures a social distance of 1,50 m.
During your stay
• Display of information and recommendations in the common areas and in your room.
• Marked circuit, when possible, of a traffic plan to respect safety distances.
• All the bedding in the room will be washed at 60º and individually.
• Reinforcement of the cleaning protocol with disinfectant for all common areas (toilets, lifts, corridors, contact areas, etc) every 2 h - 4 h.
• The hygiene measures are reinforced in our kitchens, specifically:
o Obligatory use of mask.
o Bactericidal soap for hand washing is obligatory every 30 minutes.
o Strict disinfection measures.
• In the Hotel Restaurant all staff will wear masks and hydroalcoholic gel throughout the service.
At the Check-OUT
• Provision of a box to deposit your key/card, to be disinfected before each new use.
• Sending of the invoice of the stay directly by e-mail.
